Who we are

This policy covers luluinsure.my, the personal website of Lulu Loke (Loke Pei Ting), a Great Eastern agent (agent code 6385556) with Pro Vision Wealth Management Sdn Bhd and a Rockwills representative. What this website collects

What you send. The enquiry forms open WhatsApp with your message and do not store it on this site. If you contact Lulu by WhatsApp, phone or email, she receives your name, number or email address and what you write.
WhatsApp click counts. When you open WhatsApp from this site, it records the page, the page you first landed on and the website that sent you. It does not record your IP address, your name or your message.
Technical logs. Cloudflare and the web server record IP addresses, browser details and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.
Calculators. The calculators run in your browser, and what you type is not sent to us.
Cookies. This site does not set cookies or use advertising or analytics trackers. It keeps the page you landed on in your browser until you close the tab.

If you ask about a policy or a will

To advise you or prepare an application, Lulu may ask for details such as your age, health, occupation, vehicle or property. Health details are sensitive personal data, so share them only when you are ready to go ahead. Your application then goes to the insurer or to Rockwills, and their own privacy notices cover what they do with it.

How your details are used

Lulu uses your details to reply to you, advise you, arrange and service your policy or will, and help with claims. She does not sell your personal data.

Who may see them

With your agreement, your details may go to Great Eastern, Pro Vision Wealth Management, Rockwills or another insurer involved in what you asked for. General insurance (car, fire, travel and business) is arranged under Pro Vision Wealth Management's company registration. Cloudflare runs part of this site and may process technical data outside Malaysia.

How long they are kept

Details are kept as long as needed to serve you or your policy, or to meet legal and record-keeping duties.

Your rights
