No. Lulu is a no-hard-sell insurance agent: she reviews what you already have, recommends only what you need and can afford, and tells you plainly when something isn’t worth buying.
Who is Lulu Loke?
Lulu Loke (Loke Pei Ting, 陆佩婷) is a Great Eastern Sales Manager and Life Planning Advisor with 13 years of experience, serving clients across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. She is part of Pro Vision Wealth Management and is also a Rockwills representative for will writing.
Is this the official Great Eastern website?
No. This is Lulu’s personal website as a Great Eastern agent (agent code 6385556). Policies are issued by the insurer, and Lulu advises you, arranges the application and helps with service and claims.
Which areas does Lulu serve?
All of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, including Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Klang, Puchong, Seri Kembangan, Cheras, Kajang, Ampang, Bukit Jalil, Kepong and Cyberjaya. Most things, including roadtax renewal, can be done fully over WhatsApp, so you can be anywhere in Malaysia.
Can I renew my roadtax without going to JPJ?
Yes. Send Lulu your plate number, IC and postcode on WhatsApp. She renews your motor insurance and roadtax together, and the roadtax is issued digitally once the insurance is in force.
Can Lulu review the policies I already have?
Yes, and it’s usually the best first step. Send photos or PDFs of your current policies and she will point out gaps and overlaps before recommending anything new.
Does Lulu help with claims?
Yes. For her clients she explains what documents are needed, helps prepare the claim and follows up with the insurer until it is settled.
